My First App Is Now Live on Google Play Store: Qaseeda Burda Sharif

After months of searching for one missing feature in every Qaseeda Burda Sharif app I could find, I decided to build it myself: Search by Voice.

My first app is now live on the Google Play Store. It is called Qaseeda Burda Sharif, and it was built around one simple problem I kept facing again and again.

I spent months searching through different apps, looking for one feature that I personally wanted. I could not find it anywhere.

Nobody had built it the way I needed it. So I built it.

The Main Feature: Search by Voice

The biggest feature in this app is Voice Search. Instead of scrolling manually or typing words, you can simply recite or say the verse out loud. The app listens, understands the words, and finds the matching verse instantly.

I have not seen this feature in any Qaseeda Burda Sharif app before. Not one. That is exactly why I wanted to build it.

Qaseeda Burda Sharif is read and loved by people across the world. Many people read it on their phones, but the experience is often not as smooth as it should be.

I wanted the app to be fast, clean, readable, and practical. Since I was already building the Voice Search feature, I made sure the rest of the app was useful too.

Why I Built It This Way

Many apps display religious text as images. That can make the app heavier, slower, and less flexible. It also makes features like proper search, font adjustment, and smooth navigation harder to build.

For this app, I focused on a pure text interface. That means the content loads faster, looks cleaner, and works better across different Android devices.

A Small App With a Big Purpose

This is my first app, but I wanted it to solve a real problem. I did not build it just to publish something. I built it because I needed this feature myself, and I believe many other readers needed it too.

One useful feature can change the whole experience. In this case, that feature is Voice Search.
