Why I started offering SEO audits on Etsy

I build websites and apps, and most of my client work ends up touching SEO: fixing indexing problems, cleaning up titles and meta tags, restructuring content so Google understands it. Over time, that work has earned more than 3 million Google impressions across 10 websites.

The same questions keep coming up from small business owners, bloggers and founders: "Why isn't my site showing up?" and "What should I fix first?" A full agency retainer is overkill for most of them. What they really need is an honest look at their site and a short, prioritised to-do list.

So I turned that into a simple product: a custom SEO audit report with a 45-day action plan, sold through my Etsy shop HuzaifaCreates. You send your URL, I do the audit by hand, and you get a PDF you can actually work from.

What's included in the report

Every report is written for your specific website. Nothing is a generic template pasted from a tool.

What the audit covers

I check the areas that actually move the needle for most small and mid-sized websites:

• Technical SEO — page speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, your XML sitemap and robots.txt.
• On-page SEO — title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure and internal links.
• Content and keywords — whether your pages match what people actually search for.
• Backlinks and authority — how your site's link profile looks and where it is thin.
• Local SEO — covered when it matters, for example clinics, local services and shops.

If you add up to three competitor websites when ordering, I use them as a reference point so the recommendations reflect what is working in your space.

Websites I don't audit

To keep my work in line with my values, I don't take orders for sites related to gambling or betting, adult or dating content, alcohol, tobacco or vaping, drugs, interest-based lending, or scams. How to order your SEO audit

1. Open the SEO audit listing on Etsy.
2. Fill in the personalisation fields: your website URL, website category (for example education or e-commerce), your main goal (traffic, sales or customers), your target country or city, and up to three competitor sites if you have them.
3. Place your order. No login or password is needed — I only look at public data.
4. I audit your site by hand using professional SEO tools.
5. Your PDF report arrives through Etsy Messages within 3–5 business days.
6. Work through the 45-day plan week by week, starting with the High-priority fixes.

What this audit is not

I would rather be upfront so you know exactly what you are paying for:

• It's a written report, not a done-for-you service. I don't log in or make changes to your website. The plan is built so you or your developer can follow it.
• No guaranteed rankings or traffic. SEO depends on competition, content, site history and more. Anyone promising you the #1 spot is guessing.
• No refunds after delivery. Every report is custom-made for your site, so refunds aren't available once it has been delivered. If you have questions, ask before ordering.

Free SEO checker vs a custom audit

Free online checkers are useful, and I use plenty of tools myself. The difference is what happens after the scan.

If you are comfortable reading raw tool output and deciding priorities yourself, a free checker may be enough. The audit is for people who want someone to do that thinking for them.

How long does the SEO audit take to arrive?

You receive the PDF through Etsy Messages within 3–5 business days of placing your order.

Do you need my website login or password?

No. I only use publicly available data, so you never need to share logins, passwords or admin access.

Will you fix the SEO issues for me?

No. This is a written report and action plan. I don't make changes to your site, but each fix is explained clearly enough for you or your developer to handle.

Can you guarantee my site will rank higher?

No one can honestly guarantee rankings or traffic. The audit shows you what to fix and in what order, which gives your site a much better chance, but results depend on many factors.

What platforms do you audit?

Any public website works — WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, Wix, custom builds and more — as long as it falls within the categories I accept.

Can I add competitor websites?

Yes. You can add up to three competitor URLs in the order form. It's optional, but it helps me tailor the keyword and content ideas.

Is there a refund policy?

Because each report is made specifically for your website, refunds aren't available once the report is delivered. Message me before ordering if you have any doubts.

What should I do after I get the report?

Start with the High-priority items in week one, then follow the 45-day plan in order. Re-check your progress in Google Search Console as you go.
